Ninth Annual National Colloquium on African American Health for Local and State Society Presidents will take place at the Marriott Key Bridge.
The colloquium this year entitled “The Nation’s Obesity Crisis: Practical Solutions for the African American Community.” Seeks to offer solutions to what has become an epidemic in the community. Ron Pollack, Executive Director of Families USA, one of the nation’s leading consumer advocacy organizations, will lead a discussion entitled “Making Healthcare the #1 Priority in the 2008 Election Campaign”.
