The National Colloquium on African American Health for Local and State Society Presidents will celebrate ten years. The Colloquium will take place at the The Westin Arlington Gateway.
The colloquium this year entitled “The State of Black Health - What Have We Learned in the Last 10 Years?”. The Colloquium will review the last ten years and where black health stands in relationship to health disparities. Global Health Gala Awards Dinner
The Global Health Gala Awards Dinner was established to recognize honor and promote indiviuals or organizations for thier contibutions to the global health community. The Dinner will take place on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC. A reception will take place at 6:00 pm with dinner beginning at 8:00 pm.
