Camp NMAzing offers age‑specific programming that ensures every child — from infants to teens — enjoys a developmentally appropriate, engaging, and joyful experience. Programs are delivered by Plus One Meetings, a trusted provider of youth and childcare experiences at national conferences.

Camp NMAzing Fees and Rates:

Age Groups:

  • 6 weeks – 2 years
  • Ages 3 –5 years
  • Ages 6 –17 years

Lady Bugs: Infant & Toddler Experience (6 weeks –2 years)

Families attending the National Medical Association Conference can participate fully knowing their infants and toddlers are cared for in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Delivered by Plus One Meetings, the Infant & Toddler Camp NMAzing experience offers attentive, relationship-based care tailored to each child’s routine.

Infants and toddlers enjoy separate play and rest areas, engaging toys, and plenty of love. Caregivers follow each child’s natural schedule—rocking, snuggling, and providing comfort as needed. Age-appropriate activities support gentle exploration and play.

With experienced caregivers, low ratios, and consistent supervision, parents can feel confident and at ease.

Busy Bees: Ages 3–5 Experience

Parents can attend the conference with confidence knowing their preschoolers are enjoying a safe, fun, and enriching experience. The Ages 3–5 Camp NMAzing program offers a nurturing, play-based environment where curiosity and creativity thrive.

Children enjoy a secure, engaging space with age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, cooperative games, movement, and quiet time. Program Leaders guide instructive play that fosters sharing, collaboration, and self-confidence—creating “I can’t believe I did that!” moments.

Supervised outdoor play and select off-site excursions introduce children to local Puerto Rican culture.

With experienced caregivers, and consistent supervision, children are supported in a welcoming environment where they can play, explore, and grow.

Explores: Ages 6–17 Experience

While you focus on the National Medical Association Conference, your children can enjoy a fully supervised, five-day adventure designed for ages 6–17. This immersive program blends cultural exploration, STEM learning, outdoor activities, and leadership development into a dynamic, enriching experience.

Participants explore Puerto Rico through curated excursions, including Arecibo Lighthouse, Old San Juan and Castillo San Cristóbal, Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park (featuring horseback riding, hayrides, and go-karts), Parque de las Ciencias, and a cultural immersion workshop at Parque Luis Muñoz Rivera, along with visits to Distrito T-Mobile and Toro Verde.

Through interactive learning, creative challenges, and group experiences, youth build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. Each day is thoughtfully balanced with activity, discovery, and reflection—creating meaningful “I can’t believe I did that!” moments.

The result is more than a camp experience—it’s a memorable journey of growth, connection, and discovery.
