The NMA is proud to share that NMA 126th President Roger A. Mitchell, Jr., MD will be featured at the Violence Intervention Forum: A Lunch and Lessons Learned Panel Discussion, part of the Public Health Symposium focused on Building Solutions for Community Wellness and Harm Reduction.

Dr. Mitchell will join public health leaders, community advocates, and safety professionals to discuss strategies that address violence as a public health issue and explore solutions that strengthen communities, promote healing, and improve outcomes for those most affected.

This important conversation will bring together local officials, healthcare practitioners, law enforcement, and community leaders committed to advancing collaborative approaches to violence prevention and community wellness.
