COVID-19 Campaign: NMA – HHS Partnership
NMA joins HHS We Can Do This Campaign, a national initiative to encourage and assist physicians and health care providers to talk to patients about COVID-19 treatment benefits, importance of rapid treatment, and treatment options.
The Campaign will help the patients make informed decisions about their health and COVID-19, including steps to protect themselves and their communities.
These free print and digital materials are available for our members to use to help educate patients about:
- Who is at increased risk for severe illness from COVID
- The availability of COVID treatments
- The importance of getting treated early
These resources include information from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and culturally tailored content from the We Can Do This campaign’s team of multicultural experts.
